Monotone was commissioned to create a sound engine and a motion tracking system for Arturo Fuentes, music composer living in Austria. The engine is designed to be modular, extendible and to host different types of sensors. The motion from the dancers can be mapped to specific sound effects or to create kinaesthetic loops between dance, music and performer.
